My wife Jenna and I are newlyweds and what better way to start our new life together than by starting with the Labrie family who has been in the business for over 40 years.  With Labrie having this many years in business and able to partner with anyone, but believing in and supporting Kilburg Equipment, LLC it makes this opportunity an absolute honor. Kilburg Equipment will be serving you with truck and body sales, parts, service and more.

We may just be a first generation family owned business, but we will be here for the long haul.   The opportunity arose for us to start our own small and local family business here in Sabula, Ia and we couldn’t turn it down.  We strongly believe that being from a small town has its benefits; one thing that it has taught us is that buying locally from small business owners improves and helps grow the community.  It has also taught us to stay true in what we believe in and what is most important to us; which is making sure that you the customer is getting what they need and not just a promise, but a follow through.

I, Jesse have personally been in the waste industry for over 10 years when my wife and I decided that we wanted and needed a change in our lives.  We wanted to achieve the American dream for ourselves. If you look up the definition of American Dream it states: "the ideal that every US citizen should have an equal opportunity to achieve success and prosperity through hard work, determination, and initiative".  This is something Jenna and I believe in strongly; we truly believe with the great customers that we have and long term service that we can achieve this dream together with you. I know first hand what hard work is and what it takes to gain your respect and trust in the products I sell and believe in.  I have been a top salesman in the waste industry numerous years and I could not have done it without the hard work, determination, and the great customer relations that I have developed along my way.

When I get a phone call its not just another phone call from a customer, but it is an opportunity for myself to truly listen and learn from them.  When I do this I am able to help them out in a time efficient manner.  With doing this it in return gets the customer back up and running quicker and helps them succeed as well.  We want our customers to feel like they are our friends and someone they can rely on; not just another phone call or a paycheck. That is why at Kilburg Equipment no one hesitates to call at anytime of the day.  I am there for my friends to the best I can be.  If there is something I can’t get answered right away, I look into it with full detail to make sure I have all that information when returning your phone call.

Your needs are our needs, we want to stop by and check on our customers whether they are a small city, big city, or a small business owner. I believe in personal connections and meetings; I make it a point to stop in and see my customers when I am out traveling. I like to simply say Hi and check in to see how their business is doing.  I may just give my customers a call out of the blue to check in and see if there is anything at all they may need or anything that we can do for them. We want our customers to feel just as comfortable with us and their purchase with Kilburg Equipment as what we do with having them a part of our overall success.
